We have successfully installed an implemented a secure encryption for all backups and restores. These tape backups can only be restored from the DPM install in our secure cage at the Network access point in Las Vegas. At 8 AM PDT, our mail partner everyone.net experienced a delay in mail processing. This was resolved quickly and by 10 AM mail functionality was restored. If you have a mailing list with SBWH, we have found a problem with attempting to send formatted text with the default character set. The default set is Western European (ISO) . This character set does not support custom formatted bullet points and some features of a rich text or word processor formatted message.
