If you are having issues receiving email or you have noticed warnings that your mailbox is full, you will need to log into your webmail interface to clear out your email.

to log into your webmail interface it is http://mail.<domain> where <domain> is the part of your email address after the @ symbol. For example, support@sbwh.com's web mail would be mail.sbwh.com.

Once in your webmail interface, you will see your storage limits immediately. If it is 99% or greater you will not be able to receive email until you clear your storage.
