Mail List Character Set Fix

If you have a mailing list with SBWH, we have found a problem with attempting to send formatted text with the default character set. The default set is Western European (ISO). This character set does not support custom formatted bullet points and some features of a rich text or word processor formatted message.

If you encounter problems sending out a pasted email message through the Communigate web interface, please switch the Text Encoding to Unicode (UTF8).

To permanently change this, go into the settings of your mail list and change the Preferred Character Set to Unicode (UTF8).

You can get to the settings of your mail list by clicking the settings link next to your list name in your webmail interface.
