Email over quota warning (too many bounced emails) or "mailbox full"

If you receive an email over quota warning or you start receiving complaints that email sent to you is bounced back, you will need to log into your webmail interface to check your free space.

To log into your webmail interface, you will use http://mail.yourdomain/. For example if your domain is sbwh.com (after the @ symbol in your email) then your webmail would be http://mail.sbwh.com/.

Once you enter your username and password, you will see a progress bar with your usage. This goes from 0 to 100%, with 100% being in red. If you see your email at 100%, this means no further email can come into you. You will need to then clear out mail messages from within the webmail interface in order for mail to flow once again.

The most common cause for this is setting email to be saved on the server and not stored on the client. By default, email clients do not save on the server. To view instructions on how to set this, please refer to the help section of your email client program.

Our default mailbox storage is 100 MB. We do offer a 1000 MB  plan at an additional cost. If you would like to increase your mailbox size, please contact us and we can arrange it.
